Visit of Oxford Professors ( August 13, 2025) to Institute of Science and Technology (IoST), Tribhuvan University, Kirtipur, Kathmandu
Prof. Phaik Yeong Cheah, Professor of Global Health at the University of Oxford and Founder and Head of Bioethics and Engagement at the Mahidol Oxford Tropical Medicine Research Unit (MORU), Bangkok, along with Dr. Bipin Adhikari, Senior Research Physician at MORU, recently visited the Institute of Science and Technology (IoST), Tribhuvan University.  They were warmly welcomed by Dean, Prof. Dr. Shankar Prasad Khanal, and thank them for their visits to IoST and longstanding research support to Central Department of Microbiology, Tribhuvan University. During the visits, Prof. Phaik Yeong Cheah and Dr. Adhikari  engaged in fruitful discussions with the Dean, Assistant Dean, and faculty members regarding potential possibilities for further academic and research collaboration between the University of Oxford and Institute of Science and Technology (IOST), Tribhuvan University.
